We make every effort to accurately display our products, colours and descriptions.

However, due to screen settings, photography and lighting, actual colours may vary slightly from those displayed on your device.

Minor variations between product images and the final product do not constitute a fault.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices include GST where applicable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

  1. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Press Haus reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order
• Limit quantities purchased
• Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity
• Correct pricing or product errors

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

  1. PAYMENT

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

We accept payment methods offered through our website and secure payment providers.

Press Haus does not store full credit card details.

  1. SHIPPING

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Press Haus is not liable for:

• Postal delays
• Courier delays
• Customs delays
• Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Additional shipping charges may apply if orders are returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene reasons, Press Haus does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to remedies where products:

• Are faulty
• Are significantly different from their description
• Are not of acceptable quality
• Do not perform as reasonably expected

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Supporting photographs and information may be requested.

Approved remedies may include:

• Replacement
• Store credit
• Refund

As determined by Press Haus and Australian Consumer Law requirements.

  1. PRESS-ON NAIL APPLICATION

Press Haus products must be applied and removed according to the instructions provided.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Incorrect application
• Improper removal
• Allergic reactions
• Misuse of products
• Failure to follow instructions

Customers should discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

  1. ALLERGIES & PRODUCT SAFETY

Some products may contain ingredients capable of causing allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before use.

Press Haus is not liable for allergic reactions where products have been used as intended unless otherwise required by law.

• Photography
• Graphics
• Videos
• Website content
• Marketing materials

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

By tagging Press Haus, submitting reviews, photographs or user-generated content, you grant Press Haus a royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, publish and use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you wish for content to be removed, please contact us.
